How long are tickets valid?

The ticket is valid for 1 day, you have 3 months to use your ticket and the annual pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Do I need to print them out or is the digital version sufficient?

The online version suffices, as long as you can read the barcode. There's no need to print the #protectourforests ticket.

What are the advantages of subscription?

Free annual access to all events at the garden or with a special subscriber rate, quick check-in at reception and early invitations to all garden events.

Is it possible to pay by: dollars, vacation vouchers, credit card, American Express card?

Yes, it is possible to pay by : CB, cash, vacation vouchers, dollars, cheques.

Is the tour feasible in rainy weather?

Yes, it does rain, as we're in the neo-tropical zone. The tour is still feasible and practicable. The route is dotted with carbets, and the area is tinged with a very special atmosphere. And for those who wish, ponchos are available from the boutique ;)

Is smoking allowed in the park?

No, smoking is prohibited for safety reasons.

Are there guided tours?

Yes, occasionally, but follow us on social networks to keep up to date with the events we organize.

Is picnicking allowed?

Picnics are not permitted for safety reasons.

Is the park accessible to people with reduced mobility?

One route is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and a map and specific signposting will be given to you when you arrive at reception. However, if you have any particular difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

Is the park accessible with a stroller?

Most of the route is accessible by stroller, so don't hesitate to ask our receptionists for advice.

Are the products sold in the store made in Martinique?

We work hand in hand with local artists and craftsmen, and always have. And to satisfy every budget, we have products from here and abroad.

Is the site accessible to the elderly?

Yes, the entire site is accessible to seniors. If you have any particular difficulty, please call us and our hostesses will be happy to advise you.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are strictly forbidden for reasons of health and comfort for other visitors.

What is the minimum age for visitors?

All children are welcome. However, some activities are reserved for certain age groups. In all cases, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Is it allowed for professionals to shoot films?

While we're delighted to see photos of our charming visitors, professional photo shoots and films are strictly regulated and must be covered by a contract. Please contact us by email for any such request.

Do you sell seeds or flowers? Do you ship bouquets?

We do not sell our seeds and plants; we are a conservation park. As such, we only trade with other botanical gardens around the world.

Are there any animals?

The only animals in the garden are its inhabitants: hummingbirds, sugar eaters, insects and arthropods. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of our beautiful and discreet Matoutou, the Queen of Balata. #OuvrezlOeil

Do you have to take a tree trip?

No, this is an optional service. If you wish, you can take the tour without the tree walk.

How long does a tree trip last?

The ride takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Once you're on the bridge, there's no turning back.

Is tree climbing accessible to all?

Access to the course is forbidden to children under 8 years of age, children under 1.20 m tall, persons weighing more than 110 kg, pregnant women and persons suffering from heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, severe allergies or any other illnesses that may occur on the course. allergies or any other illnesses that may arise during the race.
